About the Chefs
Daisy is a guaduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. I am the father and Weekend Chef. My job is to do the weekend and camping trip cooking.
I have written 2 cookbook, The Weekend Chefs Guide to Sushi and The Weekend Chefs Guide to Deep Fried Turkeys and Twinkees. My third guide will be The Weekend Chefs Guide to Dutch Oven Cooking which I hope to finish soon.
